Projekt Ökovest GmbH has founded subsidiaries in France, Brazil and Poland. Founded in 2001, Ecovest SAS moved on in 2004 with a new branch in Muhlhouse. The projects developed by Ecovest SAS are currently being ideally supplemented in a strategic way by further locations in central and southern France. The first permits for construction are anticipated this year.

Project planning in Brazil is already well advanced. At the end of 2003, Ecoprojeto Ltda. received permission for its first projects in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, allowing it to become an independent energy supplier in Pinhal and Giruá. The permits include permission to link up with the relevant grid connections and come with an obligation to erect the wind energy turbines within the planned timescale.
The Brazilian national power authority ANEEL (Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica) granted approvals for the "Parque Eólico Pinhal" with an installed output of 9,350kW (11 WET of 850kW each) and for the “Parque Eólico de Giruá” with 11,050kW (12 WET of 850kW each). Our Polish subsidiary Projekt Ekovest Sp.z.o.o. is preparing to apply for permission for suitable locations. |
